In 2005, Landry’s rolled the dice on gaming, acquiring the historic Golden Nugget Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas and Laughlin, Nevada. After reopening the sleeping casino brand and transforming the Downtown Vegas experience, Tilman Fertitta expanded the Golden Nugget brand across the country, opening new locations in Atlantic City, New Jersey; Biloxi, Mississippi and Lake Charles, Louisiana.
